Compliant with information security and regulatory standards
Keeping data secure is a core principle that guides our development and deployment practices, from rigorous testing, intrusion detection, backup and disaster recovery to compliance with ethics and regulatory requirements.
The Tri-Council states that “research data must be managed in agreement with all commercial, legal and ethical obligations.”
Each of the data management platforms built by Indoc have implemented stringent information security and privacy standards, such as required by hospitals or companies (i.e. PHIPA, PIPEDA, ISO27001) and sophisticated ethics and informed consent tracking tools have been deployed to ensure all obligations are met and continue to be met throughout the life of the data set
